Yfantourgeio Coffeeshop
I remember the first time I saw this coffeeshop. I was heading to Arte Migrante (an event which I will talk about in another article) and it stopped me for a few seconds to appreciate how cozy and congenial that coffeeshop seemed like. I saw it more than one month ago and I was always wanting to go there but always skipping it, don’t really know why.
But this Monday because I had Imap I resolved it to combine two pleasant things, the exploration of Nicosia and a hot chocolate for the cold that is coming.
And so I did, I got out of youth center and I started walking towards Yfantourgeio. I was really excited about it.
I finally got there and the first thing I thought about it was a huge wow coming through my head.
This place is very nice for a relaxing evening or a more motivacional study session. In the menu you have some food healthy snacks and the usual drinks as latte, hot chocolate and real herbal teas, which is an excuse to go back there and try all of them.
You can ask for a member card which you pay 3 euros but it will erase the payment of the drink you want for that day. Also, you will have some other discounts which is always a good thing to be aware.
In the first floor you will have some chairs and sofas with tables, where you can watch some netflix, do some of your work or just simply enjoy a nice book of the extensive library they have.It has many books in greek but don’t worry because they also have a lot of english books, for those who are like me and still are very…very basic in greek. (Someday I believe I will read a whole greek book tho).
In the second floor, you have a space for those who really want to concentrate and have some desks for themselves.
This coffeeshop made a three passes for different choices so you can take the good of it, as much as you want and have the benefit of all the things they provide in Yfantourgeio. The day pass is 5 euros. The weekly pass is 25 euros and the month pass is 100 euros.
They are located opposite the Phaneromeni Car Park Exit in Lefkonos Street 67-71 at The Weaving Mill – (Yfantourgeio) and are open from 10 am to 22 pm.
Now you know everything you need to this very nice coffeeshop so the only thing missing is you there. Maybe next time, you will find me there!
