Why the young lost interest in books?📚📖

What I love most in a book is the message it leaves to the reader, a message that serves as a lesson in life.

There is an Italian known phrase that says ‘Reading is the food of the mind’ and in my opinion, there is no better phrase to describe the value of reading. I write this blog to say that even today there are guys that before reading a book they love to smell the new print pages and when they enter a bookstore they are lost with the heart and mind among the many colors of the book covers. The certainty is that reading is good for ourselves, reading can reawaken interests on a certain topic making us passionate, it also allows us to travel without even moving physically. But the sad thing to know is that many young people still hate reading, believing that reading is just boredom and prefer to spend their free time on social media .. I often think this loss of interest arises from school times because maybe the compulsory reading of books you don’t like or books that are considered “boring” makes you lose the desire to open any other book. But this may also be due to the fact that today many books have been uploaded on the internet so you can find simple summaries that make it unnecessary to read an entire book, they do not notice that even if they have the same title it is not the same thing. And after that, I thought, what will happen to the books in a few years?
