How many times do we forget what we ate the previous day for lunch, or how many times we can’t memorize someone’s name or remember a lesson or a discussion? The most important part of the day is the morning if we start well the first hours of our day we will be able to win the rest. Usually, the first thing we young people do when we wake up is to touch the phone to check Instagram and Facebook news, when it is completely wrong because this train our mind to distraction, we just have to see something that we don’t like for creating a bad mood that we bring with us for the rest of the day. Instead one of the first suggested things to do as soon as we wake up is to remember our dreams. In addition, to be a good exercise for our mind, you should know that while we sleep our mind keeps thinking and this can help us to wake up with news ideas and solutions!
It is essential to drink a lot of water because it is important for our brain to be hydrated. Eating with the opposite hand or brushing your teeth with the opposite hand is a very useful exercise for our mind. There are also foods that are great for our brain, like blueberries, avocado, broccoli, eggs, coconut oil, salmon, walnuts, and dark chocolate, that’s nice because chocolate is able to put us always in a good mood! The other thing to do are: breathing exercises and reading.
