In my opinion, to set goals is better than resolutions!! A goal should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-based in other words SMART.

I am very thankful for 2019. I have done new things, met new people, traveled and moved to Cyprus. I am no longer worried about the years. I believe that time is there to help us growth. Yes, we will have bad moments and good ones, it is part of the gift of being alive.

In this end of the year I have this thought for one of my friends who always try to be the best version of himself each year. He never gives up!
