KASTELLIOTISSA HALL

Kastelliotissa Hall, the place that facilitated me the free access to classical music , during my stay in Cyprus, becoming one of my favorite places in Nicosia .

Situated in the walled city of Nicosia, next to Paphos Gate  and Holy Cross Catholic Church, Kastelliotissa Hall  it may been part of  the Lusignan palace and it  was restored by  the Department of Antiquities. Today it is used for cultural events and it’s open to the public only when these take place.

If you are also interested in cultural events, watch carefully the events in Nicosia, you will find for sure one in Kastelliotissa Hall and probably free of charge.

Tips: Go there to a classical music concert ( are frequent ), you can feel different the music in a medieval hall and also the hall it has another spirit with good music.  It’s worth it !!!
