Prodromou Park

Located on the route of the Pedieos River is this park close to the western walls of the old city. It covers quite a big area, which has three entry points that I found, making it a fairly good place to run through, if you need a bit of shade to cool down for a bit. There’s also a playground for children at the north end of the park.

The Pedieos River runs through the park, although during August the river simply isn’t there, however there’s lots of greenery, especially lots of big trees, which makes a nice place to relax and escape the feeling of being in a busy city.
