LEBANESE FLAVOR

This weekend I went to some friends dinner out. After an hour of indecision wandering the streets of Nicosia someone recommended us to go to the Fanous Lebanese Restaurant and we decided to try it!It was the first time I tried Lebanese food and I loved it!

The restaurant is located in the old city centre of Nicosia in the pedestrian zone. As such it has a very nice atmosphere due to its setting. There is an outdoor sitting area in the pedestrian zone and an indoor area as well.

There is a great selection of Lebanese/middle-eastern food. The quality of the plates is excellent and the food is very tasty.

You can order shisha (argyle) to smoke at your table. There is also a live belly dancing show on certain nights of the week, unfortunately the day I went there was no dance show! 🙁

Talking about prices and since it is a restaurant where we can enjoy a meal and be served at the table I find the prices relatively low. With less than 12 euros it is possible to enjoy a great meal.

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through Nicosia. Fantastic atmosphere, well located and the food is super tasty.  Fanous Lebanese Restaurant It is a stop not to be missed for anyone who goes through nicosia!
