Trick Yourself Into Feeling Better
We’ve all been there, there was a period in your life when everything seemed exhausting and you often felt bad either about yourself or anything else. If you are going through a tough time now, i have a few tips for you that will help you improve your mood.
- Sleep better, a full 7 hours , and your sleep cycle has to be steady ,to have consistency.
- Drink lots of water.
- Eat better, lots of fruits and vegetables.
- Expose yourself to the sun , do yoga in front of the window in the morning or take a walk in the park.
- Exercise
You see , your mind and your body are not two different things , they are organs of the same organism and they work together and influence each other. Its true that the mentality can influence your body but your body can do the same. This is not psychology, this is chemistry. For example, there is this Study that proves the psychological effects of eating fruits , exercise releases hormones such as endorphin and dopamine into the bloodstream which make you feel good plus it has been proven that A 30-minute workout is a surefire way to boost your body image .
